Management Consulting:  At ABX Business Strategies, our management consulting services focuses on three fundamentally important dimensions of business planning and management:

 

Strategic Analysis and Planning – Leveraging our analysis and planning capability, we work with our clients formulate comprehensive  strategic business plans that support objective-based management.  This approach ensures that our client organizations remain "on mission" with respect to their ongoing execution, and further ensures the effective marriage of their strategic objectives and ongoing tactical decision-making.  Our overriding goal in this regard is to work with our clients to identify and document precisely-defined, well-stated, mission-driven objectives as well as corresponding strategies (and tactics) for their attainment.  Through our business planning services, ABX clients can pursue their mission-critical business activities, with regard to their operations, marketing and financial management, in manner that delivers measurable outcomes. 

 

Financial Analysis and Management – Through our financial management practice, we assist our clients to achieve the overall fiscal objectives of their businesses.

  • Forecast Modeling:  We provide services for the ongoing financial forecasting of our clients business activities to achieve greater levels of predictability relative to their attainment of stated financial goals.

Direct Project Management – The first, sees ABX in the role of actual project manager with direct responsibility for the effective, efficient definition and management of the project endeavor.  This role is primarily suitable for situations where the scope of the project endeavor is define by the delivery of one or more of ABX’s other business services. 

 

Implementation of Project Management Methodology – The second PM relevant service offering relates the definition and implementation of a standard, predictive project management methodology that our client then leverages, internally, as a “road map” for its ongoing approach for the initiation and management of its mission-critical projects.
